   Was going on a trip to UAE and sought advice on currency. Bought some UAE bills and was told by the salesperson that if I paid £4 extra, when returning from the Emirates they would exchange back at the same rate. On returning I was amazed that it actually cost me 15% loss on my exchange. Always thought this was a good company and used them on numerous occasions but never again. What an absolute scam £213 exchange. Got back £180. SCAMPSTERS

   Very friendly staff and knowledgeable i sold my gold ring got a good price for it no problem at all got cash and deposited it in my bank account the same day for safekeeping. Will definitely use again.

   Brought in 33.3g of 9ct, half sovereign 22ct offered me 600, it's the middle of march, its not even close to April fools. There is greed, but there is blind robbery, never would step in a store like this again, you could run your wearable jewellery over in a dump truck and still get paid for broken smashed jewellery else where. Tried to pay me 500 under actual scrap!

   Offered me 183 pounds for a gold chain I paid them 780 2months ago they text me saying sell your unwanted gold while the price is high yea well offering me 7pounds a gram how generous to offer buying my gold said not buying as bracelet we buy as gold well that just smells like bull to say all their bracelets in the window r bracelets they claim them to be? So as less than scrap so you can retail it at 780 agen. Never go to ramsdens my advice go hnt loans high something tells me they wont be there long lol

   Took in a white gold wedding ring to sell and was offered £34. Pointed out it is gold, not silver, and they upped it to £47. Decided to check out another shop and they offered me well over £100. Would not use Ramsdens.
