“Called in yesterday to chose a mother’s day gift. Had to queue a while as they were very busy which was to be expected, lady who was greeting customers (sorry didn’t catch her name) was lovely and came over and had a chat with us while we waited to be served. Elisha who served us was fantastic. She was very patient with me while I kept changing my mind from wanting a thumb ring to earrings then to a different ring. She helped me in making my decision and although they were very busy she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was very kind and professional. Thankyou!”

“We were recommended to visit this establishment by a friend, and to be honest, we weren't disappointed. We viewed the menu online beforehand and felt that the selection of dishes was much more extensive than at other Indian restaurants we had dined in before. Upon our arrival, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were seated at a window table and promptly served drinks, allowing us time to peruse the menu. Many of the dishes offered, apart from the classic curries, looked intriguing, so we decided to ask for more information. TThe waiter who served us was very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions for us to try. The food was cooked to perfection, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes he recommended. Each dish offered something unique, ranging from mild to very spicy, and the presentation was outstanding with vibrant, well-displayed plates. Overall, the dining experience at Lancers was well worth the trip, especially if you're looking for something different from the typical Indian food offered at most curry houses. “I visited the Gold Workshop today to have a ring valued for insurance; I was also able to have a second ring resized at the same time. The lady who dealt with me was simply lovely, she was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. I waited in the shop and both rings, and my valuation certificate were ready after about 40 minutes. Both had been polished and look absolutely beautiful! It was lovely to be able to see the guys working on my precious jewellery while I waited - everywhere else I’d tried wanted to send my rings away to a third party!
