   I went there today to get my first pair of pointe shoes and had my fitting done. As a male going on pointe for the very first time, I was absolutely thrilled that they managed to get me up on pointe. I was ecstatic with the friendly customer service I received—I couldn’t recommend them enough. They put me at ease as soon as I walked in, and I truly enjoyed the entire experience.

   Poor after sales care from @Pandr_online. I ordered a pair of boy’s shorts which, when they arrived, looked nothing like the image advertised on its website. The shape & fabric bear no resemblance to the image at all!!! Yet Pandr refuses to acknowledge this and instead makes the excuse that the image is only a guide. As customers purchasing online we have to be able to rely on the accuracy of the advertised image which is what I did. In these difficult economic times, that’s money down the drain as the shorts are not useable and Pandr will not take them back or provide a refund even though they are at fault in putting a misleading image on its site. I do not recommend this shop if you are intending to order online. Think twice and beware! 2. Pandr’s reply is not good enough, is a fob off & still leaves me out of pocket. Nowhere on its website is there anything to advise customers that the items appearing on its site is only to be used as a guide. On a legal note, the Consumer Rights Act provides that items must be as described or shown. The shorts do not match the image shown when I placed my order. In addition to this, the Consumer Contracts Regulations provides that items purchased without seeing them in person must be delivered within 30 days of the order date failing which the consumer has the right to cancel for a full refund. I placed this order on 18 May 2022 and received the item after 57 days! - a clear breach of the terms of the contract. In both circumstances I have the right to cancel the order for a full refund which I have done yet Pandr chooses to flagrantly disregard this, the law, retain my money & provide meaningless platitudes. I repeat - beware out there.

   The moment we entered, to the moment we left we was welcomed and served straight away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lady who help my daughter, fitted her with her pointe shoes was polite, knew what she was doing and had excellent customer service skills overall highly recommend using this store for purchasing clothes and fitting shoes I know I will be using them again. I certainly don't mind driving to Doncaster when you get excellent service. Thank you.

   From the moment we walked through the door we was welcomed . 30 minute appointment turned into over an hour. It’s was my daughters first pair of pointe shoes,and I felt you went above and Beyond to make sure they were perfect and she was happy. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
