I've been a argos card member for the past 6 years and the service up untill now has been flawless however returning an item here was like dealing with children unprofessional and refused to help me if I recieve further service like this I will end all services and contract with argos
went in with a washing machine issue, argos couldn’t do anything about it but the manger sarah was determined to help. she let me use the shop phone as i couldn’t get through to beko. i was there for about 40 minutes but she helped me get it all sorted out!! thank you ever so much
Called in to collect an item from the Google site, and what was apparent was that excellent customer service was heart of the store. I was served by a lady called Millie who was so friendly and helpful, service with a smile always goes a long way.
Bought a Lego switch game as part of a pack. Would not return it due to the game not having wrapping on it. The game was in a box with a case so it would not have. I asked them to open on on shelf and they refused. Then they told me to contact Argos online. They said it could not be returned as it is a digital download but that is not mention in the returns policy. They agreed that is was not but still would not accept any responsibility so just kept the money and now we have a game that is useless. Really need to looks at returns policy on the website as it does not line up with what is in the product description.

Ordered for collection after 9am then emailed to say collect after 4pm when I am at work. Visited at 3.30pm, order was on the shelf but a quite frankly rude staff member told me to wait for collection number. Walked out and cancelled the order. I do not reward poor customer service in store by spending money.
Went to collect a PS5 today and the box was ripped. Told the staff and they just laughed in my face. Terrible arritude. They said do you know how long it takes to get one of these!
Friendly and helpful staff. Picked up an order quickly. You can exchange Sodastream gas canisters there.
