   I needed to return a pair of socks I'd brought 3 days earlier because a fault had developed on a seam. I had no receipt and had paid cash. Instead of dismissing my request Chris found my purchase on the cash register and a replacement was implemented. Thank you

   It seems this company doesn’t know their own return policy. Wouldn’t accept return with receipt and unused/undamaged, however due to the fact I opened the package it was unrefundable, however both men stated how they knew it wasn’t used. No problem with this, however it should really be mentioned somewhere on the website that returns aren’t allowed when package has been opened but not used, or maybe the staff were uneducated on this.

   Wouldn't accept return. Came in today to return a tent, well within the refund period, no damages/wear and had the receipt, which brown haired bearded man wouldn't accept since the item had been opened, however in the return policy it states only items cannot be returned if damaged or used, nothing stating if package has been opened. Terrible and non specific return policy since majority of customers are likely to take their product out of packaging at least once before returning.

   Was a loyal customer until I wanted to change an item ( coat ) for a smaller size. But since I lost the receipt they wouldn't allow it even though the coat was only sold with trespass and you couldn't get it anywhere else in the UK at the time will never shop there again!
