Very friendly staff, I got my ears pierced and I was scared of the needle but Chebey was patient with me, walked me through the process to make me more comfortable and was overall very good with me.
Visit Doncaster store on Sunday morning. Chelsey came over to us and ask if we needed any help. We’ve explained that we need some wedding rings as we flying out next month to get married. At short notice Chelsey went over and beyond to help us both and we walked away purchased our wedding rings! “ Finally “ Very happy with her full service, lovely lady and always smiling! Jasleen was absolutely amazing with how she spoke to my daughter and reassuring towards her when we went for her ears pierced. Very professional and friendly with how she spoke and made the visit and piercing process a lot easier and calm. A fantastic member of staff and I think she is a great member of the team.

We went to Frenchgate as I had seen an engagement ring that I liked (at a different jewellers) but was told we would have to come back half an hour later as the “wedding advisor” was on her lunch (at 3pm?) My partner and I are in our late 40s/early 50s and just wanted to see the ring - we have no need of a wedding advisor but this was refused by the young sales assistant. Feeling frustrated we left the shop and walked into H. Samuel where Maria was in total contrast to our previous experience. She has a lovely sense of humour and went out of her way to make us feel at ease, showed us numerous rings and when we found “the one” she managed to source it from a store in London and have it couriered to Doncaster. She made the entire process an absolute pleasure and we are extremely grateful to her for guiding us and helping us with such professionalism and genuine empathy. Great range of jewellery and watches in this local branch of the national retailer. Plenty of good value items available, with regular sale items and special offers. The shop is spacious and easy to browse and take time looking at all the products, which are well lit and suitably displayed.
Absolutely flawless service! A ring that i purchased, developed a problem with the setting after almost 12 months. The staff have been brilliant, they located an identical replacement and exchanged it the following day. I couldn't be happier with the service, the team there are super helpful and very friendly. Will definitely buy from here again, highly recommended. :o)
