We had a party for our 40th anniversary and I was quite saddened that I was unable to show my family and friends the new ring. I took the ring in today and felt quite emotional. I was offered a repair or to choose a different ring. I asked for a refund as was concerned that the same might happen again. The refund was dealt with immediately.
