   I paid a visit to this store hoping to purchase a couple of items. I had waited for a period of time whilst the staff were dealing with other customers but as I continued to wait another staff member appeared but got involved with another customer who was already being tended to. Also other staff member had finished with his customer but then proceeded to go outside the shop, smoke their vape and talking to the customer they had just served. Very poor customer service!!

   Won't buy Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro on buyback for "hygiene reasons" dispite a display case full of used earphones. #lameexcuse just pure laziness. Love the princess complex of the one behind the counter too.

   The game I bought here was faulty and the system could not read it, acting as if there was no game at all. It's the games problem as I have two working 3ds's and they both play every single game I have perfectly except for this one.

   This is for the store in Chesterfield. At first it was okay. I got the Nintendo Switch but whoever the guy one who was serving me was really rude. I asked him about it and basically he just says that’s what you see is what you get. I hope they get someone else. After I bought it. I asked if there were anything wrong with it and basically he did not tell me. After that I turned and went he laughed at me with this other guy. I should of said something but I didn’t I just went home. Anyway what I am trying to say is if you see a man on the till with a beard and short brown hair just be careful. He doesn’t explain anything to you.

   I placed an order for a £15 webcam with this store online, got an email later asking me to send over ID and copies of utility bills. I refused and they cancelled my order. Why do I need to send ID and utility bills for an order I've paid for already? Utterly ridiculous

   I was cheated by the service of this place. They closed a point in Worksopie and moved to a city a dozen miles away. Getting to him is an hour away from the point where I gave up the pledge. They did not send a message or a letter or call. They hoped that I would not receive my stuff. unfortunately I managed to get there and extend for the next month. on the agreed date I had to call and enter the debit card details to pay. that day they turned off the landline. I lost my things irretrievably. I am very disappointed because I did not want to lose it. and I can not do anything right now.
