“The chesterfield store is quite interesting. A great stock of Oris, Longines and Tissot. No Seiko or Citizen etc so for a smaller shop you've got great choices of Swiss brands. They got in a couple of watches within a day from the larger group which is handy. The ladies that work there are really great and helpful. I know they're selling me expensive watches but they get the balance of professionalism and banter right. A quality company. I'm gonna try not to go back but...”

“We purchased an eternity ring for our 40th anniversary to replace my old one which was 39 years old. After 3 weeks a diamond fell out. We had a party for our 40th anniversary and I was quite saddened that I was unable to show my family and friends the new ring. I took the ring in today and felt quite emotional. I was offered a repair or to choose a different ring. I asked for a refund as was concerned that the same might happen again. The refund was dealt with immediately. The staff dealt with this professionally and with compassion. I have used this jewellers before and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you for your kindness.”

“Travelled from hull yesterday morning to go spend some cash with Ehaag. This is by far the best jewellers in the country, with genuinely the cheapest pricing and highest quality gold I have come across. The amount of stock they had was insane- anything you could think of they had it X10. I trade gold myself & have access to anything I want for trade price yet ehaag is that good I will not be going anywhere else for any personal bits. What made the experience 10/10 was Ethan who helped me find exactly what I was looking for- he was polite and patient & we didn’t feel rushed in any way.. he also had some in shop adjustments made to my pieces there and then.
