She was absolutely lovely, a massive help as me and my mum looked for the perfect present for my auntie for her 40th birthday. She is a credit to her company, so so smiley and guided us to picking the perfect present with grace. Thank you so much Amy, you deserve a raise!!❤️

   Went into this shop today and was very disappointed at the service. We some how managed to get served by someone who clearly didn't want to serve us and was not in the least helpful or pleasant. I think you need to review your customer service. Certainly won't being going in there again.

   Yet another store hiding behind terms and conditions and warranty’s. Jewellery not built to last yet we are the ones penalised and patronised by the assistant manager when it’s raised with the store. We were advised we would have to pay for the repairs and my fiancé pretty much blamed for the fact these rings had snapped. These are rings 2 & 3 to have snapped in the last few months. Cheap jewellery and poor service. Would avoid.
