   I took my original wedding and engagement rings to Tiago because they no longer fit me. I wondered if they could be redesigned so that I could wear them again. We discussed ideas and possibilities with David and agreed on a new design. David sent me images of the potential design and kept me informed at all stages. I collected the ring a few weeks later and it was absolutely beautiful. I am delighted and wear it every day now. I have received many compliments on my newly designed ring. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiago and their staff to my family and friends. (In fact one of my friends has since been there and is also very happy with their services.) All the members of the team we met were very friendly and helpful, including Norman! I look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

   Honestly cannot thank Jane and David enough for making the huge decision of choosing an engagement ring genuinely enjoyable! I had a fairly good idea of what my partner wanted in a ring, and they were more than happy to work together to create this bespoke ring. Jane was an absolute dream to work with- she never tried the hard sell and was always realistic with her advice which always makes you feel comfortable asking questions. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and communication was on point. The owner, David, also took the time to personally check in and offer his expert input, which was a lovely touch too. I can be quite indecisive over big decisions, which we laughed about, but they never pressured me into making decisions and their communication was flawless- super responsive by email and always happy for me to pop in. Not only did they handle the design stage perfectly, but the speed at which they created the ring was super quick without compromising on craftsmanship. The final piece is absolutely stunning, truly capturing everything I had hoped for, and luckily my partner (now fiancée!!!) agrees and loves her ring. We have since attended to look at wedding bands, and once again, their advice has been invaluable. Whilst their they adjusted the size of her ring ever so slightly whilst we waited and laughed about our engagement story. We are genuinely looking forward to purchasing our wedding bands from them in the future.    We purchased our wedding rings from Tiago Jewellery and had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us choose rings that felt personal and meaningful. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. The rings look beautiful and fit perfectly. The staff is so helpful that even if we had troubles with choosing the right size they patiently helped us and made sure we were happy with our rings. David was both knowledgeable and patient in taking the original idea and converting it into a beautiful design and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.    Our beautiful bespoke wedding ring and my engagement ring are pure perfection. Tiago jeweller's created my absolute stunning one-off tribology sentimental engagement ring using the diamond my proposal, my mother's engagement ring diamond from my late father and another family diamond. We met David from Tiago Jewellery, Sheffield at a wedding fayre at Ringwood Hall, Chesterfield. His bespoke jewellery amazed us. This gave us the idea to create the sentimental triolgy ring. They created it in just a month in time for our wedding. David and his specialist jewellery team designed my bespoke engagement ring with the engraving 'forever' on inside, beneath the diamond from my husband. My husband's wedding ring is made from the finest Sheffield Steel with a thin 18ct yellow gold inner ring through the centre of the band. Tiago Jeweller's made this which complimented my beautiful 18ct yellow gold band with a white gold inner wave. We absolutely love our rings and could not recommend Tiago Jewellery enough. The personal and genuine service is outstanding and we were made to feel truly special. Thank you.

   Tiago was recommended to me by a friend who had a bespoke ring made here. I was looking for something made from the diamonds of my old engagement ring and earrings. I went with a photo of what I wanted. Jane was amazing and the whole experience was great. She sourced a pale amethyst and I had a ring setting made to fit my existing stones. I was given a no obligation quote which I thought was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be any happier with the finished ring, I'm so pleased. I will be back, as I now can't imagine getting my jewellery anywhere else.

   I had an amazing experience dealing with David and the team at Tiago. David was very informative and provided me with great advice from start to finish without ever being pushy for a sale. I had decided on Bespoke ring and the team were very patient throughout the whole process, especially the diamond sourcing process and also very flexible with my appointments due to my limited availability. Apologies for the delayed review as I didn’t want to spoil the surprise but definitely had to leave a review after I proposed! In short - very professional & informative staff, excellent services! Highly recommended!
