£72 for a piercing! I asked for a cheaper option to be told no it will get infected with the cheaper jewellery! Booked for 12pm on a Sunday for someone to finally rock up at 12.20 not very efficient. One lady in the shop to pierce and serve customers. She was nice enough but it felt rushed! The price is a absolute joke! Wont be back. You also HAVE to buy the £15 solution for the piercing or they won't let you have it done! 1 week later... infected ears! Really annoyed I'm £72 lighter and both mine and my sons ears are infected so we have had to take them out.
Had my daughters ears pierced today, she was so nervous bless her! The lady that did them was lovely talked us through every step, made my daughter feel so much more relaxed, time was ours so was not rushed at all. Would highly recommend, the lady that did my daughters was Sonia

I stopped going to the Chesterfield store. On three occasions, the moment I entered, two members of staff followed me through out. Even though there were other people shopping. I am stigmatised b'cos of my skin tone.
It's an Aladdins Cave..with fun..fluff and bling crammed into every single spare inch of shop floor and walls...but way over priced..I think it's cashing in on the youngsters who want the cutest the prettiest the trendiest accessories. Look out for offers like buy 3 items and get another 3 items free. It softens the blow.
Very busy and little space. Struggled to find anything, stars are for the girl at the till who was polite and friendly
