   I would absolutely recommend this place! I went in today to get my eyebrow pierced, and as an autistic individual, I was incredibly nervous beforehand. The moment I walked in, both women were so calm, kind, and reassuring that my anxiety eased almost instantly. I came in with my boyfriend, and they were completely understanding and supportive — they allowed him to sit with me and hold my hand throughout the piercing. They spoke with both of us the entire time, keeping the atmosphere comfortable, friendly, and never awkward. Their communication was amazing; they made sure I always knew what was happening and checked in with me consistently. The piercer was incredibly informative, explaining the piercing process clearly and teaching me exactly how to clean and care for it. I left feeling confident and fully prepared for the aftercare. There was also a young girl around my age who was unbelievably lovely — she was super encouraging and genuinely motivating, which helped me feel much braver about going through with the piercing. I’ll be honest: I had been skeptical at first after seeing some older reviews. But my experience today was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I couldn’t be more grateful for how kindly and respectfully I was treated. Thank you both so much for making this such a positive and safe experience for me. **EDIT** I recently came back to have my eyebrow piercing downsized, and once again the women there were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered every question I had without hesitation and were, as always, very informative about what they were doing and why. The downsize itself was done quickly and smoothly, and my piercing has been healing amazingly well — everything is going great so far. I’m genuinely so pleased with the continued care and professionalism here. It’s been a consistently positive experience, and I’m really grateful for how well they’ve looked after me each visit.

   I love this place. I've been here for all my piercings i wouldn't trust anyone else. Suzie has done all my piercings and I love them all. The jewellery is outstanding and you can find whatever styles your after it's incredible. The staff are so attentive and lovely. I always love the atmosphere in there. BEST PLACE TO GO FOR PIERCINGS

   Had my tragus, conch and flat pierced on Saturday. The woman who did them was fab. She put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. The shop and piercing areas were very clean. Very professional after care explained in detail and saline solution provided. Will definitely be going back again!!

   I got my nose and helix pierced here this morning! Really clean and professional set up. Stunning jewellery with friendly and reassuring staff. Paige pierced me and she did a fabulous job of looking after me especially as I was so nervous! Really useful advice about after care and I feel like if I had an issue I could go back and they’d do everything they could to help.
