   I find M’s gallery a really great place to Shop for gifts, the staff are super helpful and always so friendly without ever feeling any pressure from them to buy. The mixture of well known jewellery such as qudo and nomination to the local artist pieces is also a great feature. The owner is always so grateful of your support when you go shopping and also has another store full of women’s clothing and accessories. It’s a must see place you’ll never leave empty handed

   We visited the shop on Sunday looking to buy an item of jewellery, we started looking at the pieces and the staff was constantly trying to get us to make a purchase. As staff wouldn't allow us just to browse we decided to take our custom to another shop. Staff to pushy annoying and I wouldn't like to visit again.

   After purchasing a lovely necklace for my sister's 50th birthday I am dissapointed to say that after only 3 weeks the chain broke near the clasp, my sister took it back to the shop & was stunned to be told by the owner/manager (do you wear it in bed !) Well yes I've not taken it off since my sister bought it me. Owner/manager that's why then .........are you kidding me so you buy a piece of jewellery that you can't wear all the time are you having a laugh....... all I can say is bad customer service & I feel sorry for all the designers that sell there jewellery there as your being let down by the owner/manager........won't be shopping there again
