A little disappointing not much choice lots of summer sales stuff. Staff busy talking to each other had to get dressed and go back to find smaller size dress. Also said if you return items you can't have money back only credit note
Wanted to buy several pairs of jeans that were in the sale with reduced tickets on the hangers. When I was paying, the assistant told me the total and the reductions weren't made. She said it was a mistake that someone had put wrong tickets on. She refused to let me buy them at the prices on the reduced ticket. No apology, quite abrupt, haughty attitude. Will stick with Bon Marche in the future.
Would have liked to give 5 stars but the dress I went in to buy after checking their stock on-line was no longer available due to website not updated for a year. Their words, not mine. However, they did put an email out to track down one that another store may have left from last year.
Always impressed by how tidy the shop is. Jill who works there is lovely and always friendly and helpful. I didnt find anything this time but love to pop in from time to time to check out new stock.
Great shop, well lit, good variety of clothing with lovely staff who are eager to help. Nice changing rooms. Ground floor access from the High Street.

Came across this shop in Leeds, have bought a couple of items in other Roman shops. Like their clothes , have found the sizing a little larger than the size says. But like the designs and quality.
