Always seems to be closed. Made a number of useless trips. Tried phoning to see when they are open but phones aren't answered. Have emailed them a lot but never get a reply. Believe private appointments can be made but don't know how if they don't respond to communications. Know they have had flood damage. Think they trade on line which I personally don't want to bother with
Bought a jumper with the pretence it was new……. Cleanly it had been worn previously & in a state not fit for sale… and then they had the cheek to charges me for returning. Rubbish!!
My wife purchased a dress which unfortunately wasn’t right, not Attlerleys fault. So sorted a return, but I was slightly late in posting. I was informed by email that it was too late and that they would be sending it back to me again, I asked them to reconsider and they contacted Izzi of Baskow as they were the supplying boutique. This request was met with a flat NO!! Now, it was completely my fault it was late, but it was obvious the dress had not been worn at all. Dreadful customer service!!
