I was going to go in and look for a present for my brother however the cloud of cigarette smoke I would have had to walk through to just get in the door put me off. I can only imagine how bad the clothes must smell if all the staff are stood outside the doors - not a good or inviting look to the shop.
I walked in with an idea for my brothers Christmas gift all I knew was jeans, a colour and the sizes and was greeted lovely by Sam a worker at chesterfield ministry store and he was able to give me varied options and personal opinions when I asked he was so helpful I bought it on the same day and very glad with the purchase, thank you so much Sam!
Fair choice of designer labels, although lacking in the xxl sizes (which is understandable) Welcoming staff and owner who were helpful and informative (took a polo shirt back and exchanged no problems at all)
Nice & bright mens clothing store with a good choice of brands on offer.The staff on duty were very pleasant & helpful during my visit, not intrusive by any means or interfering which I like as I browsed round the shop.They have a good variety of Tommy Hilfiger bucket hats which I was looking out for to take on an up & coming holiday. After trying on a couple of styles ,I made a purchase. Payment can be made by cash or card .From my shopping experience here I will definitely return back again in the future & do recommend you try a visit.
I first visited this shop a couple of weeks ago as I was looking for some new jeans and as a business owner myself I can honestly say that the service I received from Sam was absolutely first class. Polite, friendly and 100% helpful in choosing 2 pairs of jeans to best suit my body type and style. I was so pleased with the service and garments purchased I returned yesterday to make another purchase and although Sam was not present I received an equally brilliant experience from Jake and Kim. When the service, product and price are agreeable its a winning formula and "Ministry" from now on will always be my first choice for fashionable clothing! Many thanks guys.
I've visited this shop twice and I won't be visiting again. The shop itself is well laid out and tidy. What I didn't like was being asked as soon as I walked in if I needed help with anything. I want to look first. I felt pressured whilst looking. The second time I went in was totally different. The staff member struggled to look up from the newspaper that he was reading. The Superdry t-shirts that I was looking at had two different prices on. I didn't bother purchasing one at all. I won't be visiting again. It's no wonder this shop is empty every time I pass.
