“Would highly recommend. Great communication and good knowledge of local venues - let me know straight away that the bouncy castle I had booked was too big for the venue and were super quick amending the order. Hassle free and perfect timings on the day. The kids had a great time!!”

“We visited Roxy on a quiet Tuesday night. We booked on for crazy pool and the staff member said we could do as many rounds as we pleased. There was only one other couple up there. We loved the crazy pool course and had a couple rounds. We even ended up staying to do ice-free curling. Again there was no time limit and we got to make full use of the space. Would definitely recommend. Only downside is both the crazy pool and ice-free curling was up a long set of stairs. Hopefully there is a lift for people who need it as the toilets were also up here.”

“Cosy micro-pub, nicely and quirkily decorated one-room bar with a good selection of real ales. Very popular on the early April Friday night we visited, and a lot warmer once the front door was shut. We stayed for several beers then went across the road to Maranello's Italian Restaurant (also excellent).”

“My favourite Sheffield record shop. The regular guy that I assume owns the shop is very knowledgeable and you get a proper record shopping experience here. They seem to get the best used stock, and they have a large new vinyl section. The owner is also willing to order in new albums specifically for you, which is increasingly rare nowadays, and their returns policy is reasonable. Would recommend!”

“This is a really cosy bar with oodles of character and a great selection of beers on tap. It's a small venue with just a few tables and chairs inside so just be aware you may not always get to sit down on busier days. On the night I visited, the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. In a nutshell, well worth a visit.”

“We hired Boom Battle Bar in Sheffield for our staff Christmas Party last Friday (28th Nov) and all 50 of us had a great time. The staff were fun and friendly and even though they were a team member down in the kitchen they still served our food as planned which was very nice. Thank you for having us!”

“Had an amazing time here. The function room is upstairs but there Is a seated chair lift on the stairs and is easy to use. There is toilets upstairs and down which is great. The staff here are very friendly and owner was lovely. The price was reasonable. They serve coffee aswell.”

“We celebrated our 70th birthday with cooked meals for 21 family members and not a complaint from any one. Meals came out together as fast as they could be carried through from kitchen. We always enjoy our meals when we call in about once a week, but a little worried about us all getting our orders correct, We needent have worried, every thing was top notch, nice and hot. The chef even catered for one that is gluten intolerant, one with a nut allergy but a quick word with the chef and all sorted. The orders ranged from pie n peas, fish n chips, steaks, T.Bone steaks, mixed grills, chicken fajitas and my very own favourite smothered chicken. We were a very happy crowd and all satisfied at the end of the evening. The bar is always in tip top condition with beers as they should be. Thank you for making it memorable. WE WILL BE BACK.”

“I attended my cousins 60th birthday party , the venue is spacious and immaculately clean. Plenty of bar staff .The food is exceptional a hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice and even if you are a fussy eater I'm sure that you wouldn't be disappointed. The hosts Paul and Jeanine were on hand .There is also a stage to accommodate live music that we all enjoyed.We all had an enjoyable and memorable evening .”

“We visited yesterday for some pre match drinks.Great atmosphere and warm welcome.Just a 10 minute walk to the ground.Good food options and prices were very good (cheese burger & chips £5) Best pint of John smiths I’ve had in a long time.Even though it was rammed full with our fans (Wrexham),service was good even though they were short staffed due to 2 or 3 not turning up for work. Highly recommend for away fans of other clubs”

“Mo the owner is just wonderful. We hosted a fundraising event in the room and Mo was our lifesaver. So welcoming and helped us out no end. Was even telling customers not to buy crisps at the bar but to pay from our fundraiser instead! The venue is stunning. From the outside it looks tiny and inside it is huge! Lovely staff, great drinks, fab venue!”

“We had our sons joint 21st Birthday here in October, excellent venue, reasonably priced. Catering excellent, DJ very good for all age groups. Would definitely use again for future events”

“There is always someone here who can help. They may appear to have been here for some days but help they will. Free juke box on Saturdays and it has Darryl Banks open the door to your heart, Marvin's love starved heart and Brenda Holloway just look what you've done. A neat dance floor and some great movers.
