   I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough, specifically because of Shazmeen. I regularly visit to pick up my childrens prescriptions. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to be helpful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always greets me with a smile. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-quality care. Thank you, Shazmeen, for making every visit a breeze! Will miss you when you go on maternity leave.

   today the doctor sent a 2 prescription to a pharmacy at 10 ‘o clock in the morning and I went to the pharmacy at 11’ o clock they gave me a medicine for 1 prescription they said we will send you one today they have not sent it to our home I called them and they said there is no prescription for you they said 15 minutes later call me back then I had to call 20 times but they called me but hung up.and they say I didn’t call . I have to take my child to the emergency because they don’t bother about others.

   Went for my Covid booster. Queues inside and out Did not seem very well organised .Several people had the same time given for an appointment . I was eventually given my jab 30 mins late and only then because I raised it with a member if staff .The staff were rushed off their feet but were very good when I asked how much longer I would be .When I left there was still a long queue.

   I’ve had both of my vaccine from Allerton Pharmacy as my experience was extremely comfortable the first time, I decided To have my second vaccine today. I was welcomed by the lovely friendly staff member as I forgot my mask the kind lady kindly offered me a mask which saved me time going back to the car. I was only there for only few minutes but the whole process was quick and easy. The young lady who offered me the vaccine was extremely kind took extra care with privacy which made me very comfortable Thank you. Few weeks back my husband took my young son for his first vaccine and staff was extremely polite and helpful and the elderly gentleman went above and beyond to help find a vaccine centre for children under 16. Having experienced their service I can confirm The customer service is excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient Thank you so much for your service Ambreen
