   Put a pescription in wednesday, told i would get a text to collect thursday , no text, tried to deliver friday wasnt in , didnt leave medication.had to go to pharmacy sat morning. Said i didnt get a text because i have my meds delivered. Asked why they didtnt post meds, said they didnt have authorision . Asked the question did i give authorisation. Basically gave the Manager ? Some feedback saying that i dontt normally use Church lane Pharmancy basically told me to get out of the store and started shoiuting at me. Obvioudly does not like feedback. I am disabled so getting to the pharmacist is a struggle. Hence why i have delivery. Very unpleasent manager/owner??

   Excellent service. Attended with an infected bite. Completed a form and was quickly seen by the pharmacist, assessed and prescribed antibiotics. Much quicker and easier than using the GP service.

   This is a fantastic pharmacy, the staff are welcoming, friendly and very efficient. I have a lot of medication and they are very prompt in ensuring I get my medication when needed, occasionally they do not have some medication in stock and ask if I would like my prescription back to go elsewhere I always say no, I would not use any other pharmacy, the medication is generally back in stock quickly and the text service is brilliant. Keep up the good work your staff are amazing

   Outstanding Quality Of Service: I had concerns regarding my blood pressure and wanted a BP check after ringing around nearly 11 other Pharmacies, this pharmacy was the only one willing to offer the service. The Pharmacist on duty was very pleasant, kind and very informative. He also gave me useful healthy lifestyle advice and answered a few other questions which put my concerns to rest. Highly recommended, keep up the brilliant work. Truly Amazing.

   Excellent customer service, and staff are always very friendly. They contacted other pharmacies in the area for me when they couldn't fulfil a prescription themselves, which is beyond the standard levels of service I've received from the larger chains. The fact they are open outside of normal working ours is also fantastic, especially when other commitments mean you can't collect in the typical 9-5 window.

   Refused to give me my important medication over Easter weekend even though I had missed a dose already. They said the Dr hadn't sent the prescription through and i needed to contact them. After been in bed ill all weekend due to having no medication I've just contacted the surgery who have confirmed i have a prescription for a month waiting at the pharmacy. I am now too ill to collect my prescription so they better offer me a delivery. INCOMPITANT!!!

   Great service. I have had a repeat prescription here for many years. It's very clear how long it takes to process and there are never any mistakes. The staff aw helpful and friendly. I have just seen the pharmacist who is cheerful, friendly and helpful even during the covid-19 crisis when he is working 12-hour days to help our community.
