“An amazing kitchen, a tremendous design and incredible customer service. From the first moment of stepping into Steve’s shop in Brighouse, we felt a true and genuine interest in designing a kitchen that was exactly right for us. A fantastically refreshing approach in which Steve tried to understand us rather than just sell us a kitchen, and a process in which we felt investing in as people, and the results were better than either of us could have imagined. Steve challenged our thinking in the right places, to ensure we had the right design and gave us food for thought on aspects that would have never crossed our minds. The partnership and collaboration paid such amazing dividends. The other aspect to highlight incredibly positively was that when we encountered glitches in the manufacturing (no fault of Steve’s) his proactive and attentive response was first class - if only all companies and service providers took such personal responsibility. We cannot complement Steve highly enough for his skill, the pride he takes in his work, his investment in his customers as people and his unwavering commitment to the highest quality and standards - it’s clear he loves his work and we would recommend him and Masterclass to anyone.”

“Ordered a drill via click & collect and within 10 minutes I’d had a text to say it was ready. Unfortunately the drill was faulty, so I had to return. The staff offered me a replacement drill which I gladly accepted. The fact that the place has only been open a couple of weeks during the COVID crisis, and they still went that extra mile is a credit to the ladies in the store. All very polite and professional, and despite not been allowed in the set up at the front of the store makes life very easy. Highly recommend this store and situated in a good location so avoids me having to travel to Halifax or Huddersfield.”

“This is a fantastic pharmacy, the staff are welcoming, friendly and very efficient. I have a lot of medication and they are very prompt in ensuring I get my medication when needed, occasionally they do not have some medication in stock and ask if I would like my prescription back to go elsewhere I always say no, I would not use any other pharmacy, the medication is generally back in stock quickly and the text service is brilliant. Keep up the good work your staff are amazing”

The advice they gave was excellent. I managed to get the car safely to the shop and I was fortunate that they weren't too busy, so they managed to get my car looked at straight away, fix the puncture and called me to collect my car within 1/2 hour. The service was excellent. The chaps I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. You have a very happy customer today, thank you!”
