   We were on holiday visiting family in Brighouse when we got a dashboard warning for low tire pressure. Can't fault the service from Kwik Fit, they kept us informed of the progress & repaired the problem in afew hours. We didn't know the area & relied on word of mouth. The best recommendation in this instance.

   Called in because I had a puncture but it was pointed out that all of my tyres needed replacing (I actually knew this from my latest service). They repaired the puncture for me for free as they didn't have my tyres in stock, to save me having to drive round on the space-saver spare. They got my tyres delivered the next day and replaced them all in less than an hour. Gave me advice about tyre inflation without making me feel thick! Vet friendly staff. There's also a nice cafe next door, which is handy while you're waiting.

   I tend to only leave reviews following terrible or excellent customer service... This is for excellent service... THANK YOU! In a nutshell, I got a puncture at home, called up and asked some advice. The advice they gave was excellent. I managed to get the car safely to the shop and I was fortunate that they weren't too busy, so they managed to get my car looked at straight away, fix the puncture and called me to collect my car within 1/2 hour. The service was excellent. The chaps I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. You have a very happy customer today, thank you!

   I can't fault the service I have received from Kwik fit today .. professional, honest and great workmanship. Booked my Car in over the phone with Steve who I meet at the counter, then Adam took over the repair. Great communication and honest fault finding and repair. Definitely recommend ( first time visitor)

   Had 4 new tyres fitted as ordered on 18 December then damaged one on 22nd. Called in first thing and dropped off wheel on 23rd. Steve ordered a replacement still with discount. I returned late afternoon and it was fitted. It was clear they were busy but doing their best to help other customers who’d just called in, as well as me. Steve and his colleagues were extremely helpful and friendly - definitely recommended. Thank you

   Thank you to Steve, Michael and Adam who are all brilliant and their jobs and super friendly. Even though it was nearly time to close they took my low tyre pressure seriously, removed the tyre, found a nail and made sure I was safe before driving home. Lovely team who really care about doing a good job and keeping people safe. Thanks chaps!
