Went to Vets for Pets Brighouse today. Bobby our new Westie puppy had his second injection. Vets were first class, would recommend them
I have a rescue Airedale who is very nervous Caroline the vet is very good with her ,she is so patient and caring. Caroline also explains everything in detail and never rushes you, I would highly recommend her .
Great support in the treatment of Harry and in the different decisions that were to be made. Laura the vet was extremely understanding with the situation.
First time visit for me the owner but a few times for Nala (recently adopted). Staff lovely, service excellent and easy to get to. Thanks, I wont be changing to nearer to my home, happy to travel extra few miles.
We registered our English bulldog last year due to a terrible experience with another vets, we had concerns as our dog kept collapsing, our first appointment was such a lovely experience, the care and compassion to Betty was incredible, unfortunately after a couple of appointments, we found out our dog had heart failure, they made us feel comfortable and went through so many options with us, we had regular check ups and when the time came to say our goodbyes, the team were so supportive, they literally did everything they could for our Betty and i will forever be grateful, i wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now, Thank you so much for everything you did, you helped us create more memories with added time, we will never forget that!
Always been super lovely with my cats, staff very friendly and informative.
The young girl with the blonde curly hair (sorry I've forgotten her name) explained everything in depth to me about Skye's Spaying and comforted me when I cried. Which I was embarassed about but she was lovely. The vet or nurses I saw after (2 guys) were both really lovely too and listened and explained things to me. Lastly the receptionists are always happy, smiley and polite which is a relief. Overall brilliant experience for me and Skye. Thank you
Amazing Vets. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Seems much cheaper than other local Vets. Would recommend them without hesitation. Consult was in-depth and felt very relaxed. Lots of time to talk and ask questions
The staff here are always amazing, the receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. One of the many great Vets here is Seth, he's outstandingly knowledgeable and explains issues in layman's terms so it's easier to understand he's a huge credit to Vets 4 Pets! I don't generally leave reviews often but this place deffinatley scores 5 stars!
The staff were really polite today! The girls were amazing and super helpful. The Vet we had was great too. She befriended my grumpy & snappy old pooch, and made my little kittens first trip to the vets fun and less nervous for him. Safe to say both my boys absolutely loved their vet today.
