   I have used Calder vets for quite a long time now they understand my dogs needs they are really good. They are really friendly and they are highly qualified and they have really good Vets. I called them once, cause my dog were bleeding from the back end. They went bring her down now. I got there the vet was already waiting for me.And my pet The vet examined and she knew what it was straightaway big thanks to Calder vets in Brighouse are really good

   This vets practice uses the word corporate exclusively on conversations and always recommend tests. The attitude I can only say is mercanary towards pets amd owners. On one occassion for treatment the vet said 1500, 2500 or maybe 3500. I felt absolutley robbed. Told me my dog was having surgery and must be hospitalised then revealed no intentions to operate the until 8am following day meaning Id be paying £500 in overnight care costs when my dog did not require it. I would never recommend this Vets to anyone they are owned by Linnaeus Veterinary Limited. Im now registered at another local vet which arent in it for the money.

   I cannot recommend Calder Vets Brighouse enough! I’ve been a client of theirs for just over a year and every time I visit the staff are always so friendly and welcoming to me and my 2 cats. It makes me feel very valued and reassured, so thank you!

   Our 2 cats have been here a couple of times for vaccinations and spaying after we adopted them from Huddersfield Ferals and strays. The service has been great. Every staff member we have dealt with - receptionists, nurses and vets has been lovely and welcoming. Only small downside is that car park is tiny but plenty of on street parking nearby.

   Everything what this clinic cares for is money making. They do not care about pets welfare. The receptionist (the one with glasses on) at Brighouse branch is not polite and mean. They will try to convince you to sign up for the plan to pay- really- for nothing. No vets checks, no nail clipping, you pay for tablets which you can get so much cheaper online. I am taking my dogs from their care to sign them up with another clinic. Disgraceful service.

   This veterinary practice provides excellent service and staff are always helpful and polite. We had to have our family dog euthanized and the team delt with this with the utmost care, compassion and consideration. Extremely pleased with their practice. *Edit, I just recieved a condolence card from them too. So thoughtful.

   Finally the day came after 14 years our beautiful dog Lexie had to go to her final resting place. She was part of our family so it was very painful. However, Amanda and all the team could not have been more compassionate, caring and professional. We weren't rushed at all, nothing was too much. Lexie passed away so peacefully. Amanda was brilliant in explaining everything before we made our decision. We cannot thank them enough and have no hesitation in recommending this practice in Brighouse to anyone. Thank you from all the family.
