“My husband and I love this shop. The system of browsing through the catalogues works as well, as it did when Argos had the same system, but a lot better. The staff are always helpful and courteous and it's a wonderful bonus to have a car park nearby too. What we particularly love about Screwfix is that unlike B&Q, the staff are readily at hand and are pleasant. They are knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go the extra mile. The times we have to visit B&Q, fills us with dread because we know we are likely to not be able to find the correct aisle, or the right person to direct us to the right place. Of course B&Q sell a larger variety of products, but Screwfix's product range is also quite extensive and serves our needs. If like us, you are fed up with the poor service at B&Q and are not after gardening products, then you may be pleasantly surprised that Screwfix is a handy alternative, if not a fantastic one. But please don't take our parking space.”

When I needed to change garage they were an obvious choice, after having my existing car serviced I saw a perfect replacement , they made doing the deal very easy, the car was at a fair price and was presented in immaculate condition. They sorted out the personal number plate, and a warranty, everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone want a first class local garage”

“Travelled up as we wanted a full interior and wanted to have a look round. We had already had telephone conversation to make sure everything was in stock. When we got there we walked in and was left alone, before somebody came to ask if we were just having a look or would like some help. Gave them a list of the parts required and was shown different styles and colours before making our final decision. Parts loaded into the van and off we went. Great experience with help from lovely people and a fabulous place to look around. Will definitely use these again for other parts when needed.”

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and instantly put at ease. Saywan talked me through the whole process step by step no surprises, just steady hands and good vibes! He also explained the aftercare a couple of times (which I appreciated, because let’s be honest, I always forget the first time). I’m absolutely in love with the piercing and already planning my next visit. 100% recommend especially if you want someone who knows their stuff and can keep you calm while sticking jewellery in your skin!”

They explained to us how to look after her feeding pattern as she was underweight. Also if we had any problems they offered afrercare all we had to do was ring them up. Most professional.
