   I had my second lobes pierced by Carly and she was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She talked me through every step and the piercing aftercare. Also, Jamie was really helpful when completing the initial forms and answered any questions. Definitely recommend for anyone who is nervous about getting new piercings, will be back for my next piercings! :)

   Had my vertical labret, wrist, and Monroe pierced at Silver Lining. Carly, who pierced me, is an absolute gem, ever so lovely and polite. Clean environment; you can tell piercing equipment is sterile. I've always been informed clearly on how to look after each of my piercings.Lovely lad on reception who helped me pick out new jewelry and my daughter's tunnels. I would advise booking to avoid let downs, as Silver Lining does get busy, especially on weekends. All in all, 5 stars. I highly recommend.

   Got my nose pierced here by Nell after a recommendation from a friend. The room downstairs has jewellery to browse while you're waiting, or there are chairs outside to wait until your appointment (which I booked online). The studio is upstairs and felt much more private than the traditional shop window setting in Claire's and other places. Nell advised the best place for the piercing, explaining that the spot I originally wanted would require a massive hoop, and checked several times that I was happy once she'd marked it. The process was far less painful than I expected, and she did a great job of putting me at ease. The aftercare instructions were clear, and Nell assured me that salt and boiled water is perfect for cleaning rather than trying to upsell me a product. The piercing healed really quickly, and after 2 months I returned to silver linings where I bought a hoop which Nell helped me to swap for the original stud. Overall a very professional and satisfying experience, given the risks that come with facial piercings!

   Lovely little shop. What makes it even better is the lovely owner. It was my first time here and the lady was so lovely and friendly. Bought a silver ring in the amazing 70% off sale and had my helix piercing changed. Lovely pieces and brilliant staff. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend. X
