   I had 2 different necklaces altered and fixed and both came out perfect! My silver necklace was extended and they matched the original chain extremely well, and the gold one had the clasp replaced. Very quick turnaround and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended! Thanks once again!

   My partner and I had a fabulous jewellery making session with Jacky and Ben. It was so much fun! We learnt a lot about the whole process, and did almost all of it ourselves with their expert guidance! We were able to actually design the rings ourselves with great advice and ideas from Ben and Jacky. They’re perfect! Would highly recommend this experience - great for a sentimental keep sake too.

Ben went above and beyond in making sure my wedding band sat well with my engagement ring, even so far as resizing my engagement ring and changing the finish to match! We chose the Guild after asking them to change the stones in my engagement ring, Ben helped me choose and source the perfect stones to suit.
