Went in to the Huddersfield branch and was greeted by the lovely SA Lydia, who helped me out with my issue of tarnishing jewellery. She quickly cleaned it up for me and then offered me the long term solutions at home their cleaning products. She also touched up my other diamond rings! They look sparkly new!
Bought my wedding and engagement ring from these guys 3 years ago. I took them a few weeks back to get cleaned up, it cost £49.95 per ring and said it would take up to 2 weeks. They came back in just over a week looking brand new and sparkling. They tightened all the diamonds at and buffed the scratches out. I will be using this service again as I thought the price for the work was amazing. Brilliant customer service both visits for the team in store too.

Beth explained how to look after the item and explained the different warranties available on the product. Got the watch i wanted it's a fantastic 70th birthday present for February next year and Xmas present from my wife.
Despite a few blips in the ordering process, it was very professional service in the end.
Definitely will shop there again, as the manager was lovely taking the time to show me different styles and makes of ladies watches as I wanted a birthday present for my girlfriend. She was very patient answering all my questions. My girlfriend loves the watch I got, so I'm very pleased with the service I got.
There used to be a very helpful young lady that worked there but the current team they have at the Huddersfield store seem comically incompetent. I can only assume head office are not paying attention. I would advice some secret shopper type investigating would highlight the obvious. I bought a handful of watches from there as they price match and it was convenient. No more Im afraid.
