Fantastic service from Bailey and Claire! We told them straight away our low budget and there was no judgement at all. In fact they managed to upsell us. Bailey was friendly and very knowledgeable. It's such a shame it is closing.
The staff here have been absolutely awesome whilst helping my partner and I buy engagement rings, wedding rings and a watch over the past few months. Such a shame it's closing. The closure is not a reflection on the dedication of the staff at all.
Bailey at the Huddersfield was brilliant to deal with, very polite and showed genuine interest in our conversations whilst my partner purchased a watch. Also very welcoming to our baby Parker!
Hi, I purchased my first watch from beaverbrooks and the staff especially at the Huddersfield store have gone over and beyond my expectations. They displayed an excellent manner of customer service and all of them in the store were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly and gave advice where needed. Needless to say that I spoke to the customer service team on multiple occasions and they also gave an outstanding amount of customer service support and dealt with my queries very professionally. Got my new watch from here the staff was very helpful in helping me chose the right one. Been again got the new titanium same good service. Had a bit of bad news had to sell a watch clare the manger helped me to sell it. As a company they are passionate about there customers.

Popped in to the Huddersfield store to tentatively ask if we could view a few styles of engagement rings as we were not sure about styles/cuts/clarity etc. Brilliant service from Charlie and Clare. We made it clear we were just looking, they gave great advice, advised a few different styles to try on, and were totally professional and approachable/friendly throughout the process. I was very nervous about asking to try rings on but they made me feel so comfortable. Both ladies a credit to the company and I hope this is past on to them personally.
2 young girls provided great service. Came in to price match as we found a better deal online, fast service and very friendly.

Very helpful kind and caring as 8 weeks ago My Daughter lost her Father and me my husband , and we were looking at engagement rings for my daughter to her boyfriend . Unfortunately I got a bit upset as I know He would be there for her engagement and walking her down the aisle when eventually. They were amazing.
