Excellent service - our order was despatched and delivered quickly and when it arrived (very well packaged), the parts were high quality and easily fitted.
Bought an alloy radiator and found it had a blob of weld that wasn't linished back, this was stopping the lower house from sliding on properly. Contacted huddlesfield spares and was told it'll be fine to use but could return if I liked. Returned item and but then only received a partial refund. After chasing them for a couple weeks they finally reimbursed me a further amount but said there was no manufacturing fault so would not refund my postage costs. All this even though they agreed there was a manufacturing fault at the start and accepted the return. Absolutely awful customer service and won't be using again.
I've used Minispares for many years always had good service snd delivery. Sadly not this time ordered a woodruff key eight days ago due to day. Dont know whats gone wrong but can't see why such a small part couldn't be put in the post instead of using Royal Mail really held up the job.
Fantastic place, very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Well stocked and competitively priced. I can't recommend enough if you have an old mini then this is the place.
Travelled up as we wanted a full interior and wanted to have a look round. We had already had telephone conversation to make sure everything was in stock. When we got there we walked in and was left alone, before somebody came to ask if we were just having a look or would like some help. Gave them a list of the parts required and was shown different styles and colours before making our final decision. Parts loaded into the van and off we went. Great experience with help from lovely people and a fabulous place to look around. Will definitely use these again for other parts when needed.

This review is well earned. Terrible communication from the store. Takes them roughly 3 to 4 days to reply to email enquires. Asked them to send my radiator hoses and heard nothing. Delayed my car project for weeks. Find an alternative if buying online.

I purchased both front and rear bumpers at the recent Mini Fair in Stafford. I was confidently told they were both the same dimensions as the originals. I have taken photographs which confirm they are not the same as the originals and i am very disappointed I bought them.
I have no idea how this place has good reviews. I bought a pair of radius arms from them. One of the arms had not been reamed so the pin was impossibly stiff. The other just had no bushing at all. I contacted them to ask for a return and to this day I never received a refund. 6 months on. Total scammers. Wish I'd taken them to court.
