   Absolute worst service in the world ... ordered a lock which came with no keys which I had to pay for again. Description on website completely wrong. Spoke to a staff member Elvin , only useful person, rest of staff completely useless.

   It was made very clear to me that they didn't want my custom , was told because I wasn't trade I couldn't buy anything. Been a self employed tradesman for 15 years. Then I was told I couldn't buy anything because I didn't have an account and that setting up an account was very complicated. Nevermind, other local suppliers are happy not only to accept the fact that I am a tradesman but also the money I frequently spend with them on materials for my job.

   Very helpful staff measuring ,layout and costing done for you to see on screen and print out. Units and tops etc to choose from. Would be helpful if there was more displays to look at. Advise you take your fitter with you for advice.

   Fantastic branch!! Andy and his team offered a brilliant service from start to finish on our kitchen project. Penny was a great help designing my kitchen and Phil quickly resolved any problems I had, even organising a colleague to drop another door in on his way home from work. They all go the extra mile!
