   I wanted to return a jacket that was damaged and made of rubbish material. First, you said you would send me a label and refund my money once the item was returned. Then, you claimed you couldn't give a refund without a receipt from Evri. When I told you I lost the receipt and asked if you could check if you received the jacket, you said you didn't receive it. When I found the receipt, it showed you received the jacket in May. Now, you're saying the money was refunded in February 2021. Are you serious? That's for a different jacket I ordered in two sizes! One size was refunded in February, and the other was returned in May. I need my money back !!!!!!

   Just called in to buy a pair of shorts for the weekend but Taylor and her team were straight on me, helping me pick shorts that matched what I had at home. Nothing was too much hassle… they took time to understand me…. So much so I bought a lovely new pair of Nike trainers. In a world of ‘hurry up and buy’ I’d recommend this shop in Huddersfield.

   Normally I shop or buy online but today I decided to call in the branch see humans I was warmly welcomed by a friendly member of staff the store had traffic I was also greeted by the staff member on the desk but I had my headphones on so my bad for ignoring them. The store had lots on offer the size range seems decent the store was nice n toasty plus the staff were in close proximity to help out with any issues so I look forward to popping in again buying some more caps I believe it was Phoebe that served me a very good customer service a credit to the store so all in all a very happy customer.

   Huddersfield branch has very good brands and quality, but it is to small size so u always need to consider sizing up. They r very strict to return orders, if u want to return an online order to their store they will create new policy which is not available on website at all. They said we won't return orders over 100 pounds to store. Will never deal with them any more always buy from JD super easy customer service.

   I had a bad experience when online shopping through Christmas period at Footasylum. So I went down to the Huddersfield store to speak to a actual human being and both managers Ali and Joe I believe was both was very helpful and understanding and they went out of their way to help and resolve my issue.
