“My husband and I love this shop. The system of browsing through the catalogues works as well, as it did when Argos had the same system, but a lot better. The staff are always helpful and courteous and it's a wonderful bonus to have a car park nearby too. What we particularly love about Screwfix is that unlike B&Q, the staff are readily at hand and are pleasant. They are knowledgeable about their products and always willing to go the extra mile. The times we have to visit B&Q, fills us with dread because we know we are likely to not be able to find the correct aisle, or the right person to direct us to the right place. Of course B&Q sell a larger variety of products, but Screwfix's product range is also quite extensive and serves our needs. If like us, you are fed up with the poor service at B&Q and are not after gardening products, then you may be pleasantly surprised that Screwfix is a handy alternative, if not a fantastic one. But please don't take our parking space.”

“Definitely would recommend Primo, I love the fact that the menu is simple so it’s easy to choose. The atmosphere is as peaceful even when the tables are close you couldn’t hear others conversations. The service was great no complaints and the lady serving us was lovely and very friendly. Starters were tasty, when for pizza and I was stuffed after 3 slices was gutted that there was no tiramisu left so had the brownie which was out of this world would have liked more cream though but apart from that it was great and I would definitely return”

“Came in today, when we arrived the receptionist was on the phone but made us her priority straight away. She was very warm and made us feel very welcomed. Helped us out with skate. When ordering food the blonde girl who handed it to us went and got sauces as we had forgotten them. Overall, 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back again!”

Our experience with Denise was second to none, she was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, friendly, helpful, and understood exactly our needs. “Two weeks ago I ordered my food shop as usual, I paid extra for express delivery as I was desperately needed a food shop to arrive before the morning and my car wasn't working. My shop never arrived. I since learned that there was a glitch in the website system when I placed my order. I was on to customer services all morning from 7am-11:30am. They weren't helpful at all, and kept hanging up on me. I was pretty upset, because they cancelled my order, and told me id get a refund in about 3-5 days. That didn't work for me because I spent the last of my food shop money on that order, plus I needed the food urgently, hence why I paid extra, the order also included my son's birthday cake and candles. I rang customer services over and over explaining that they've cancelled my order, haven't delivered, and kept my money so I can't even replace my shopping. I was so upset. I ended up ringing this Asda, explained my situation and the lady who answered the phone was so lovely and understanding of the situation. She forwarded the issue to the manager David who rang customer services on my behalf to try and sort it out and took it upon himself to make sure I had my shopping delivered that day. He went above and beyond and my food shop arrived before tea time. My boy was so happy too because his cake arrived, and David so kindly upgraded the small cake I'd ordered to a much bigger cake and sent my son a birthday card. I could barely hold back my tears when the shop arrived and we saw all that kindness too. My 4 kids had dinner on the table just in time and my son was made up that his birthday cake still came! David, was exceptional and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much, I don't think I'll ever forget the kindness my family were shown. Thanks David, bless you.”
