We always stay at the Premier Inn if there are any events we’re attending. Really can’t fault the place for friendliness and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and functional with a very comfy bed. Special mention for Ray and Mario in the restaurant who were attentive and friendly, even recognising us after our last stay. The only thing I would mention is Premier Inn’s dynamic pricing, which makes the same room cost almost double, depending on the day.
Had a breakfast (didn't stay over) on our way to the Xmas eve Panto Ray was extremely welcoming and helpful. He showed us where everything was and made a fuss over the kids Mario the chef came out and thanked us and also said hello Not many people think to come here for a breakfast if they're not staying in a room, but an all you can eat where the kids eat free is a no brainer Cereals, continental, fruit, and fry up with unlimited coffees/fruits As I'm typing this Ray came back out to check of we were ok with him having his breakfast as we're the last ones in the restaurant He's running this place like it's a 5* restaurant
I had a great stay at Premier Inn with the family. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. Everything was well organised, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I especially want to mention Jordan, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted and that we felt comfortable. His attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn and would happily stay here again.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Tidy, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds, and a large breakfast area staffed by a cheerful lady. The cooked breakfast was very nice. You can also choose continental options.
Friendly welcome on arrival, and staff have been polite throughout my stay so far. However, at dinner last night there was what looked like a specials menu… except it’s a ‘currently unavailable’ menu! At breakfast there was no sausages or bananas so basically my work have paid £9 for me to have the last weetabix and a coffee. I did get a warning email that they are short staffed so not entirely surprised. Staff have been fine.
The most amazing, helpful staff ever! Gary went out of his way to soak my partners shirt before attending a wedding as best man down to a major wardrobe malfunction, not to mention this was 1 o’ clock in the morning! Couldn’t have asked for better service and will definitely be returning in the future! Also to the kind receptionist who gave me a map the next morning to direct me to the car park, seriously amazing staff! Thankyou!
