We were a group of 3 adults plus a 3yo and baby. We've visited here many times previously. The cafe is very spacious and has ample parking as part of a few retail outlets. The adults had cheese & bean toastie, coronation chicken sandwich and a pizza, which was shared with the 3yo. The flat white coffees were tasty and decaf iced latte was good also. Plenty of space available to accommodate a high chair for the baby. They provide self service water too. Dogs are allowed inside. Unlike a lot of town centre coffee shops, this place has loads of space and is handily close to a Sainsbury's local. Recommend others to go and try.

I've been visiting Tamp & Steam for over 3 years and I've been meaning to leave a review for some time. I find Tamp & Steam to be a welcoming, comfortable and a very pleasant establishment. The staff are generally very attentive and the service is good. The coffee is by far the best in the area. The ambiance is cosy and it's always a pleasurable venue to frequent. Keep up the good work guys!! :)

The place is always clean and tidy. The food is always really nice. The staff are always friendly enough. I knocked them down a star for 2 reasons. 1) The prices are a little high for some items. 2) The mini jugs that the milk comes in (when you order a tea, for example) are never clean. When you look under the rim on the inside, there’s always stuff under there. The dishwasher clearly doesn’t reach that part. I’d change the mini jugs to be honest.

I ordered a mocha for takeaway. I was hoping for a stronger sweet and rich chocolate taste but this was more on the bitter side. However, reasonable priced. The atmosphere was amazing and will definitely go to sit and work for a bit in the future. The staff was very friendly.

Great find, with parking next to a Sainsbury's Local. Large nicely furnished cafe. Clean, tidy, and professional staff. Also hold evening events. Licenced. Definitely worth a visit if only for a coffee, bacon and cream cheese bagel, blueberry muffin.

What an amazing place. The staff were friendly and experienced. The drinks were amazing. The milkshake was so thick and flavorful. The mocha was perfect. We took the little one with us and she loved it. There were games to play at no cost which was so cute. We played Jenga and loved every second of it. The decor is done to make it feel like home. Sitting on the comfy chairs instantly removed all the cares of life and was the ideal environment to just live in the moment. There was a nice mixture of people from all different backgrounds. Families, friends, tradies, dogs even the police popped in for a quick refreshment break. The wife said if she is ever missing, I should look for her in here. I will be coming back here regularly and will be recommended it to friends. I will be coming back to see what the night time has to offer, if it's as good as the day time I'm sure we are in for a treat. Thanks for the experience today.
