Absolutely disgusted with the man who owns this shop, had an expensive parcel delivered using the Evri service to his shop which was ready to be collected on 22nd October which was never there when I went to collect, anyway I have gone today and surprisingly the parcel was there, it had been taped up and my Β£100 item has been taken out of it! When I asked about this ( in which case was I not blaming the shop keeping might | add!!!!!) he immediately started shouting at me infront of my 5 month old baby and my friend saying he doesn't care about my 'Β£2 packageβ and I should leave his shop. As you can mostly like tell from all reviews below and his immature response's this isn't the first time someone has experienced this and won't be the last. The man has already been reported for keeping parcels and not sending them back to Evri so if you actually want the items you are paying money for, don't bother sending them here. I would also add off the shopkeeper, if you want to continue to complain about how long it takes people to collect there parcels and your not a 'storage unit' think you need to seriously reconsider dealing with parcels and stick to your day job.

Rudest man Iβve ever encountered,0 customer service skills.will be getting reported to evri and the police due to my missing shoes.heβs ripped open the parcel bag probably presuming I wasnβt coming for it then give me the rest of my parcel and cellotaped the bag back up as the seller had packed my two items I ordered together.didnβt know were to put his face when I came in to collect the parcel, and got defensive and abusive when I questioned it.

These review responses are hilarious. Mr shopkeeper is a grump, but as long as you stick to his ever changing parcel rules and dont make eye contact you'll be fine! Mrs Shopkeeper and her son are lovely and I'm always secretly relieved when they are on the counter. I get my cowardly revenge by not everbuying anything in the shop

Shame I even have to give one star. Hands down the rudest person I've ever had to encounter. Went to pick up my parcel within the ten day Evri limit to be told it wasn't there and had been sent back but yet I'd received an email earlier that day to say it had been collected. Collected by who? Not by me as I'm stood there waiting to collect my parcel now. So where do all the parcels go that are mid way through their collection window Mr shopkeeper. The way you've spoken to me on two occassions now. I hope you go out of business. Disgusting behaviour Edit. Well you clearly don't even know what you're talking about, 17 days? My parcel was delivered on 16th January and today was day NINE of TEN days given before being returned, have you read the policies of the companies you hold parcels for? This was not an automated email as the email stated it had been collected NOT that it had been returned. Do you even have a clue what you are doing? It appears as though you do not return parcels, so what do you do with all the parcels that have one or two days left to be collected? Where do they go? As it appears they do not get returned to EVRI or the sender. You are a rude man, and a bully

Rude, unhelpful staff member who lost out on custom last night thanks to his manner. Apparently his hermes/evri machine was broken but I suspect it was because he didn't want a large parcel in his shop. He could have had Β£25 spent at the shop that night and other nights too but that's the last time we're going. And we've also reported him to Evri.

Rude and unhelpful when it comes to collecting or posting parcels for Hermes. Had multiple problems with this pickup/drop off point. Had several wasted journeys to collect or drop off parcels including the machine wasn't working, that I couldn't print off a postage label despite the website showing this facility. I even had a parcel sent back because I hadn't picked it up in time, despite two prior failed attempts to collect it. I was told that if I didn't like it I should get it delivered to my home instead! Unfortunately I still had a parcel scheduled for delivery to them so had to go back (twice) and again was met with a begrudging service and was told that this is a waste of time to the shop owner. I reassured him not to worry as I wouldn't be using them again. I was made to feel a nuisance and unwelcome to use the service.

Walked quite a long way to this shop with a Hermes parcel to return to M & S. The shopkeeper told me his Hermes machine wasn't working. He was abrupt and unhelpful. Won't be coming here again
