Bottom part of Morrisons carpark in Heckmondwike looks like the local tip disgusting with rats running around is getting worse not exactly what you want to see when visiting somewhere that sells food. Above the checkouts the spider webs looked like something out of an indiana Jones movie Come on Morrisons you can and should do better !
Ordered for 1hour slot. Delivered 2 hours late! Half of my groceries missing, and no sign of refund for extra delivery cost for 1hour slot or the missing items. I have to wait 72 hours then put a complaint in!!
Store always looks good fully stocked shelves and clean, flower display immaculate. Love the flow of the store. One disappointing visit today was the pizza counter, The one only staff knew I was there but was no acknowledgement from her, this led to me walking away from the counter quite disappointed, been in before and there’s been a lovely staff member on very assertive and pleasant I think she is Chinese, need more staff like her. Quick service at checkout staff member very efficient and smiley.
Everything is going downhill. Pizza counter choice gets worse every visit. Hot food counter hardly as anything. Aisles get blocked by ignorant people behaving like vultures for yellow sticker items. It's a nightmare to shop there.
Management/supervisors need significant improvement/training. Often never to be seen when customers and front end staff need them which leads to delays at checkout. Poor care taken with staff details as a list was left lying around on a checkout belt. It contained staff full names, schedules etc.... Data protection/duty of care to staff!
Not one till operator on and 1 woman trying to man ALL of the self-checkouts. People were doing full weekly shops, so she had to run backwards and forwards as irate customers needed approval for every other item. AVOID AT ALL COST ON FRIDAY EVENINGS. People walking out. Shambles.
Shocking, wait at tills. Not everyone likes scan your own. Think it's disgraceful. You're putting people out of a job.
The shopping experience was poor. The famous market place was all but empty of food. Shortage of produce all round the store. Staff appearance lacked uniformity, looks to me they are really struggling
