    Our 2nd visit today to Cafe 54 as we don’t live locally. There are several nearby car parks' 100m or closer. Wife and l had lunch here today, the food was top notch and a good portion size! The tables were very well set out with table mats and all the usual condiments to hand. The choice of food was much larger than expected, catering for all ages. Priced very reasonably as well. My wife had 2 mugs of tea, scampi, chips and peas, (12 pieces of scampi)! The scampi was piping hot to the last bite. I had a mug of tea, quiche, chips and beans, enough to fill a 10” oval plate! The quiche was wonderful and light, it also stayed hot. All the food was cooked to order and piping hot when served, and most importantly, it was all delicious! Our order was delivered in a timely manner by polite staff. The service/staff were quick and efficient. And a good all-round atmosphere. All this for just over a tenner!

    1st time we have used them as we have just moved to the area. I have giant yorkshire pudding and my wife had a panini and chips both really good we will be back again

    Ordered a tuna barm, was very dry and tuna was smeared. Felt like they didn't have tuna left and just scraped the last part from tin. Charged me £3.20. Food not worth the portion. Would not reccomend this place to anyone. Service aas poor. I got the vibes that they didn't want to work here. For a local cafe they need to up their game. Even if they are doing this part time. They remind me of a washed up failed rock and roll band from the 60's.
