Hayley always makes our Tandem Trekkers cyclists welcome, basic food and facilities with a friendly smile. Benches and tables are under cover but outside.
Whether walking or cycling along the Greenway the Sunflower Pots is an absolute must. Service doesn't come any friendlier and it has a group of regulars who are always good for a chat. Food and drink is tip top and very reasonably priced. They also have a couple of very cheeky robins.

I've only just discovered this little gem and greenway actually just bought a bike I popped in after bike ride for sandwich and drink staff are lovely and friendly sandwich was lovely they have water bowls for fur babies and dog treats absolutely brilliant place highly recommended xxxxx
The Coffee Corner has reopened as The Sunflower Pot. Had some coffee, sandwiches and toasted sandwiches which were perfect for lunch while we were cycling on the Spen Valley Greenway. The cafe opens onto the greenway and has a small covered seating area. Also sells snacks for you cycle if just passing by. Payment is by cash or BACS bank transfer (make sure your bank app lets you add new payees without card reader).
