“Two weeks ago I ordered my food shop as usual, I paid extra for express delivery as I was desperately needed a food shop to arrive before the morning and my car wasn't working. My shop never arrived. I since learned that there was a glitch in the website system when I placed my order. I was on to customer services all morning from 7am-11:30am. They weren't helpful at all, and kept hanging up on me. I was pretty upset, because they cancelled my order, and told me id get a refund in about 3-5 days. That didn't work for me because I spent the last of my food shop money on that order, plus I needed the food urgently, hence why I paid extra, the order also included my son's birthday cake and candles. I rang customer services over and over explaining that they've cancelled my order, haven't delivered, and kept my money so I can't even replace my shopping. I was so upset. I ended up ringing this Asda, explained my situation and the lady who answered the phone was so lovely and understanding of the situation. She forwarded the issue to the manager David who rang customer services on my behalf to try and sort it out and took it upon himself to make sure I had my shopping delivered that day. He went above and beyond and my food shop arrived before tea time. My boy was so happy too because his cake arrived, and David so kindly upgraded the small cake I'd ordered to a much bigger cake and sent my son a birthday card. I could barely hold back my tears when the shop arrived and we saw all that kindness too. My 4 kids had dinner on the table just in time and my son was made up that his birthday cake still came! David, was exceptional and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much, I don't think I'll ever forget the kindness my family were shown. Thanks David, bless you.”

“Excellent panto again this year. The cast, the set, the story were all excellent. The music was brilliant too - the sweetie song (naming all the different sweets & chocs) and the medley (between spite and cupid) were real highlights. Loved the audience interaction and the jokes. LBT is our favourite venue, its big enough to feel grand and have a great atmosphere but small enough to easily see what's going on and feel intimate. We're so pleased to have this on our doorstep”

They have vegetarian options if your wanting something halal but honestly the service the atmosphere and everything was amazing here the latte was one of the best I’ve tasted so far without a doubt and the vegetarian breakfast was fresh delicious and tasty hard to believe it was vegetarian! “We were a group of 3 adults plus a 3yo and baby. We've visited here many times previously. The cafe is very spacious and has ample parking as part of a few retail outlets. The adults had cheese & bean toastie, coronation chicken sandwich and a pizza, which was shared with the 3yo. The flat white coffees were tasty and decaf iced latte was good also. Plenty of space available to accommodate a high chair for the baby. They provide self service water too. Dogs are allowed inside. Unlike a lot of town centre coffee shops, this place has loads of space and is handily close to a Sainsbury's local. Recommend others to go and try.”

“Came across this place on the Uber eats app. I fancied a pizza so ordered the Asian Special. It was very good, great base and plenty of toppings. Will be ordering again and will try something different.”

“Loved it here. Really great food, biscoff cheesecake highly recommended. We went for the Sunday dinner and we weren't disappointed! The lady who served us looked to be new and she was so lovely and helpful. Also a really nice view and the sun was shining. Could do with a couple more parasols when the sun is blaring but we will be back.”
