    I’ve driven past this little place countless times, always meaning to pop in, but somehow never quite managed it before work. Then, fate (and a colleague doing a butty run) finally delivered me the opportunity. I confidently handed over a crisp £5 note, thinking, “Surely this won’t cost more than £4 what are we talking here, bread, sausage, egg, job done.” Turns out I’ve been living in the past, because the price of butties has apparently rocketed since I last bought one. £4.30 for a sausage and egg! Inflation is hitting harder than the yolk in my sandwich. Was it edible? Absolutely. Was it enjoyable? In that “I’m too hungry to argue” kind of way, yes. But for £4.30, I want perfection. I want a butty that sings to me. This one just sort of muttered, “That’ll do.”

    Loved the place, I eat in quite a few cafe's due to travelling a bit and this was really clean, priced well, the food was good and the lass at the counter was great. Thats really all cafe's need to be. I would recommend this place to anyone, Thanks for the food and yes I will be back.....
