Lovely little cafe. The owner is so kind and thoughtful! Brought my son a little plate of marshmallows for his hot chocolate after overhearing he loves them, so lovely.
A fabulous little cafe situated in Lindley, Huddersfield. The menu choice is good, service was prompt and friendly and there was a great atmosphere on our visit. Worth a visit. The coffee was great and the sandwich that I had was tasty.
We have visited several times while visiting family in Yorkshire. They serve a wide range of pasta, sandwiches, soup and salads as well as some nice daily specials. The cakes are well worth a try as well.
Great food and good service. Coffee was quite good on my recent visit, but on my previous one (a couple of months ago) was tasting like an instant. It is a dog friendly cafe but the tables are rather close to each other so please mind this if your pet is nervous. Exposed beams and large windows facing east (-ish), with few tables right next to it so you can catch the morning sunshine. USB charging points in power outlets for convenience. Directly opposite is car parking with about 20 spaces (at least one for disabled and some charging points as well). There's also plenty of space along Lidget Street.
Such a lovely place to call in for a coffee. The Cappuccino was spot on and reasonably priced. Lots of atmosphere and obviously very popular. It was busy but service was excellent. I have only rated the food 4 based on its appealing appearance - I didn't have time to eat! Would love to call in again when in the area.
Great cafe locally. Good menu. Pleasant atmosphere, seating can be a bit tight. I usually order a tea made how I like it- steamed milk. Had a jkt potato which was nice. Homemade cakes available that look great. Gave 3* as tea was given far too quick before my food came- which took nearly 15min to arrive by which time had no tea left!
Such friendly helpful staff and lovely food.. Accommodated my Mum with her wheelchair without any problem. Very polite and kind.
It's a small cafe, so it easily gets full. There's a small car park nearly opposite the cafe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Both my sister and I thought the food was delicious. We'd definitely go again when we're next in the area.
A cosy little cafe with friendly staff. I had a toasted panini with brie and caramelized onion, as well as a mocha. Delicious for the autumn day. My friend had eggs Benedict and a breakfast tea, which she enjoyed. Would definitely recommend.
This is an excellent cafe. In what is becoming a very rare experience your coffee not only tastes fantastic but is served in the correct cup and for espresso with an accompanying glass of water. The food was excellent ( I had poached eggs on toast ) and there are plenty plugs and free WiFi for those who want to use this as a work stop. The staff are also pleasant and accommodating.
