   Avoid! Placed a huge £3.3k order back in the summer and had nothing but issues with Mamas and Papas and the DHL courier - who left an occaro pram outside in the garden 7 days before it was due for delivery in the rain! Rang mamas and papas customer service who were lovely but again had several issues with missing items in delivery and since then customer service has been terrible! It’s not only stressful but i have had to wait in all day and take days off work to wait for these deliveries for missing / damaged items! I have been offered £30 as a “ good will gesture “ for all the hassle. It feels as though they are happy taking your money but when it comes to delivering good quality service they don’t do it. Be mindful when ordering from this company as you can get things a lot cheaper and probably a better service.

   A varied selection of items. I was looking for some outfits for a new baby due soon. However I may as well have not been there. I was the only customer in the shop and was completely ignored the whole time I was in there. I wasn't necessarily looking to spend any money but if I was looking to spend several hundred pounds on a travel system I would've taken myself and my money elsewhere. I visited this store a couple of years ago and had the exact same experience then too. If any staff are reading this, even just a simple "hello" to customers can make a difference!

   My daughter and I visited the store on Sunday and I would just like to say a huge thank you to Denise at Mama's and Papas Huddersfield. Our experience with Denise was second to none, she was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, friendly, helpful, and understood exactly our needs. Even went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best deal and making the most of all the offers in store. Absolutely would highly recommend, get there as they open as it gets very busy!!

   I went to the Huddersfield store and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of items and prices. I was further impressed by the amazing customer service offered by Denise who spent a considerable amount of time helping Decide on the right items for me she really went all out ( she didn’t really need to) and made me feel I was actually listened to as a expectant mum and was able to purchase the right products. Lovely warm friendly manner from staff at the store from start to finish! I would definitely recommend this store and will be returning again for further purchases the manager Tallulah was equally helpful and explained delivery of products and went out of her way also - I left a very happy customer! Thanks guys :)

   This store is hit and miss. We travelled a long way in the hope of 'bargains' There are some decent prices on the one off display items, but the majority of the products are just the same price as in the stores or online. Staff were friendly and helpful

   We had fantastic customer service today from Martin. It was our first time shopping for baby things and Martin was incredibly helpful with advice about all sorts including what we need right away/what we can wait to buy. He gave us a full demonstration of the travel system and car seat, and one of the other members of staff helped bring it all out to the car.

   ***RELOCATED*** Now located on the other side of roundabout. Good shop for reduced baby things. But not everything is reduced and it’s a hit and miss if you get a bargain. Best to go on a weekday when stock is renewed. Some things are full priced but always check on the internet as some things could be cheaper elsewhere.
