“I'd like to thank this gentleman for his honesty. My phone totally stopped working. I thought it might need battery replacing. Initially I went to a shop in town and they made me believe they were going to install an original Samsung battery from Samsung etc. I then went to A1 computers and he told me that only Samsung change the original batteries themselves apart from this they are just non branded. I left the phone for him to change battery for me . When I rang to find out he told me it was not a battery issue and that it is irreparable. He did not charge me anything despite me insisting. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. I would definitely use this shop in future if need be. I highly recommend him because of my positive experience”

“I have been over many years, the happy recipient, of Lindley flower shops arrangements. It is an essential quality, for a florist - to deliver exactly what the customer asks for, and in my case, and with my family spread about the country, and….over many years..these artists do it, always, from Ranunculus ( not yellow !!!) arranged with their well chosen companions, always beautifully chose, spring, or summer, and autumn, especially recently, an exquisite giant orchid, which looked as if it might have left a small space, in one of the worlds rainforest’s, and … not to forget the delivery people , always absolutely charmingly jolly. I am not related in any way, promise, to these lovely people, but over thirty years or so, through happy birthdays and tragedies, They have never let me or my family down, so thank you All, simply the best x”

“Really impressed with the customer service. Ordered a cooker hood and filters, aware that there would be a wait for delivery as the filters were out of stock at the time. A little while after ordering I decided to vent the hood outside so wouldn't need the filters after all. Called up and was able to cancel the items I didn't need, get them refunded straight away and get the hood delivered from the next day. No hassle and really easy to deal with, thanks.”
