   Very disappointed in the customer service. I took my disabled mum and was told the disabled changing rooms had rails of clothes in and she needed to use another. She uses a Walker and it didnt fit and really struggled. Why have disabled changing room to fill them with clothes !!! Been disabled is hard enough .

   Standard high street clothes store. Standard customer service experience. Nothing to complain about, nothing to shout about. Textbook "standard". Did have some formal trousers in my size which given that's what I was looking for was definitely a plus.

   Had a fantastic visit to NEXT today to order some items I honestly never thought I could do / The staff at next are more than helpful especially CLAIRE who helped me today and her professionalism and looking after customers is second to none - I sincerely wish all staff in other stores could be as helpful as her. To say you get "in store" next day delivery is beyond amazing especially after a store I dealt with nearby had me waiting 3 to 5 days for an item and when it had arrived they didn't notify me as I'd to chase them up and apparently it'd been awaiting collection for a few days, how professional is that???. To anyone who hasn't shopped at NEXT in the kingsgate centre "GO THERE" , and if CLAIRE serves or assists you you're guaranteed to be looked after in a courteous and professional knowledgeable way. Thank you CLAIRE.

   My partner Lee Visited next in Kingsgate on Monday to purchase a pair of faux leather leggings (which are fantastic) however he wanted to buy me a top but nothing he assumed I'd like was available in store so the lady who served him (CLAIRE) apparently used her experience and advised him of a top she knew would look perfect (a white lace body by Lipsy which he had to order but arrived the next day) but I want to say thanks to claire as her choice was astounding and I'm absolutely thrilled and thanks for being so professional and understanding in assisting him.

   Good selection of ladies, men's and children's clothing in a clean and tidy store. Limited space given to the Home section. I felt sorry for the lady who seemed to be on her own at lunchtime covering the tills in both the Home and Men's clothing section on the first floor.
