Everything about this place was amazing. they made sure the dresses were on properly and I could double check to make sure the dress I wanted was perfect. I fell in love with the first dress but there was so many I could’ve tried. I’m so happy with my dress.
Me and my daughter paid a visit to the Prom Queen shop after visiting others and we were so impressed with the 1:1, bespoke customer service provided by Clare. No pressure, no timings to make a decision, tried many on and retried with feeling awkward, just fantastic customer service that really made my daughter feel at ease. Would definitely highly recommend Clare. Great communication after the purchase and final fitting too. Felt very looked after.
