After using this pharmacy for some years, the staff have always be very helpful and always do their best for you. A special thank you to Shelley who always helps both my very unwell mum and myself and her help and kindness mean alot to us both.
Went at 9am on 13/11/23. Shop didn't open until 9.10am. Even then the cash tills and computers needed turning on. Then 4 members of staff walking from the back to the front not actually doing anything. Until one decided to speak to a customer, one of the many now waiting in the shop due to staff inactivity. Adam is sorely missed
5 stars and more. Never had so much care from such nice people . Thank you Adam and team .
I’ve just been served by quite a rude staff member at this store. Always go here as the staff are always pleasant and happy to be there. She didn’t even say good morning. Just do you pay and then handed me my receipt. Not even a thank you or goodbye. Won’t name her but I think she’ll know who she is.
A warm welcome from the kind staff in this branch of Boots as we visited the area. The pharmacist was so helpful and sorted out our prescription issue and we were able to pick up our medication the following day. Thank you for a great and friendly service.
I can’t recommend Adam & his team highly enough. Whether it’s calling in for toiletries, picking up a prescription or ordering online for click & collect. My parents even now ring for advice or pop in for advice & Adam is always there to listen. I sound like I’m on commission BUT Adam really has been a good listener & so helpful.
I am using my husband's Google account but I can definitely say that I am speaking for both of us. Adam and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are always there to help and advise us on any concerns with have regarding any of our existing medication or for anything additional treatment we require. Both my husband and I have health conditions that require continuous medication, which we receive every two months from this pharmacy. They are always ready on time and we always receive plenty of reminders of when it is available. On occasions due to the way the dates fall my husband is often in need of medication early and Adam is always happy to dispense it so my husband can take it on time. Also because of our health conditions there are certain medicines we are unable to take and Adam makes sure there is a safe alternative and makes sure we have a good understanding of what we are taking. He is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to chat to, always making you feel at ease about any health issues. During this difficult time he has made sure we have always a full supply of our medication and just a few moments ago an extremely polite chap just dropped a prescription off for my husband which I felt was above and beyond their call of duty. We feel they definitely deserve recognition for all their hard work and care.
