   Visited today to return some boots ordered online. Checked website before returning that stated free store returns. We were presented with a memeber of staff sucked air through her teeth and said this comes off our bottom line and would we like to return them ourselves! When told no she continues to tell us we should try shoes on instore instead of ordering online and returning them to store. Totally rude service after many years of buying from Clarks for our 3 children. This is never a prolem from other stores and sometimes the store doesnt the size or style you want to try on.

   Subject: Disappointing Experience at Clark Shoes in Huddersfield I recently visited the Clark Shoes store in Huddersfield, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a lack of enthusiasm from the staff, which made me feel unwelcome. I expected a higher level of customer service, especially considering the reputation of the brand. After browsing for a while, I had trouble finding assistance, and when I did, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested in helping me find the right pair of shoes. Additionally, the selection of shoes was disappointing. Many styles I was interested in were either out of stock or not available in my size. It felt like the store was not well-stocked, which is frustrating for a brand that is known for its quality and variety. I left the store feeling disheartened and unsatisfied. I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, but it fell short on multiple levels. I won’t be returning to this location in the future and would recommend others to consider alternative options for their shoe shopping needs. Overall, my experience at Clark Shoes in Huddersfield was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their customer service and inventory in the future. Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5)

I've been in the retail industry myself for over 30 years, people such as Amelia are an absolute rarity, keep up the great work Amelia and thank you!

   After purchasing some boots at the beginning of December still not receiving them the shop wouldn't give a refund, had to contact headoffice extremely rude staff not helpful one bit. I suggest the staff need re training. Would not buy a thing from here again shocking service

   Went to Clark's shoes shop on Tuesday with my daughter and twin granddaughters for their first pair of shoes. Unfortunately we were totally ignored for half an hour i admit the young man was serving a lady when we arrived we took our ticket even though we were the next to be served. I had to sit down being disabled while my daughter took care of the twins .well we waited and waited and still nobody acknowledged us .so we left .
