   Have purchased T shirts and Hoodies from CW many times as I find the quality and fit to be spot on - great value for money, especiailly when ordering direct and bundling for free delivery - not sure if they match Amazon Prime for free returns though, so worth checking. Also recently dealt with customer service as I ordered the wrong size and they were extremely helpful in sorting out replacements.

   I’ve been using this brand for T-shirts for the past few years, and they’re not bad, but not being able to choose the colors I want on Amazon is quite annoying. I’ve been leaving comments like this for a while to see if they do something about it, but I don’t see a solution. I wanted to try buying directly from the website, but they’re under construction, so I’ll have to wait. Another thing I want to add is that many times, I receive T-shirts with loose seams, and the size of an M in black is not the same as an M in gray or even another of the same color and so on. Why? They keep raising the price, but I don’t see an improvement in quality or options.

   Delivery and postage is fast and quick as always. Boxer shorts were my latest purchase - very well packaged and no chemical smells or anything unpleasant like that. Have attached some photos from Charles Wilson official catalogue, for people to see what I exactly bought this time around. I got them size large. If something changes unexpectedly, I will update this review. Full marks for now!

   I have purchased several packages of item cw2006 loose fit boxers. I was pleased for a start. However I have had 3 boxers which are badly made with the centre seam going of at an angle causing discomfort in use. The customer service say they cannot do anything without my order number which I have not got. Their records do not record my orders and they have dismissed my claim. There is no name to the customer service person and they would not give it to me. I will not be using again. Very poor Customer Service. Be very aware keep your order numbers.
