“Ordered a drill via click & collect and within 10 minutes I’d had a text to say it was ready. Unfortunately the drill was faulty, so I had to return. The staff offered me a replacement drill which I gladly accepted. The fact that the place has only been open a couple of weeks during the COVID crisis, and they still went that extra mile is a credit to the ladies in the store. All very polite and professional, and despite not been allowed in the set up at the front of the store makes life very easy. Highly recommend this store and situated in a good location so avoids me having to travel to Halifax or Huddersfield.”
